Water Garden Night Tour October 8, 6pm-10pm.

Join Us For A Deliciously Enchanting Twilight Pond Tour Followed By A Moonlight Reception!

This year’s Night Tour will take place Saturday, October 8, 6pm-10pm. The tour will feature 4-5 beautifully lit water features showcased for their beauty at night. The tour will be guided, so you will have the opportunity to speak with both the pond owners and also the pond builders.

 

This tour differs from any other pond tours in the area in that it showcases ponds that are beautiful by day but even more stunning at night. The evening will be fun filled with food served at a moonlit reception at the last stop on the tour.

Tickets are $20 and are available online, and the proceeds will be used to support the summer tour of 2012.

Pond Tour Thank Yous!

Thank you to all that participated in the Brandywine Valley Water Garden Tour, silent auction and raffle to benefit the Chester County Food Bank. The event was a huge success, enjoyed by all and we are proud to announce that $10,500 was raised and will be presented to the Food Bank.

Special thank you to Paul Matter of Downingtown, and Ted Apostolacus of Coatesville who visited stops on the tour to take wonderful photos that we asked them to; and to Jan Hohlefelder of Honey Brook, for taking the incredible photos, burning a CD and sending it to us without us asking her. They will hopefully be a huge help for soliciting sponsors and donors for next year's Brandywine Valley Water Garden Tour, scheduled to be held July 28 & 29, 2012.
